Asunción will host the Pan American Games in 2031The capital of Paraguay was preferred to the Rio de Janeiro – Niteroi tandem on Friday at the Extraordinary General Assembly of Panam Sports. It obtained 28 votes, against 24 for the Brazilian candidacy.
