The Los Angeles Games organizing committee has announced the names of those to whom it will entrust the opening and closing ceremonies of the 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Emmy Award-winning producer Ben Winston, who was already behind the handover between Paris and Los Angeles in 2024, will hold the positions of executive producer and creative director. Scott Givens, veteran producer of the Olympic and Paralympic ceremonieswill be the executive producer in charge of production. FulFive, a new entity composed of Fulwell Entertainment and FiveCurrents, will produce these ceremonies under the direction of Scott Givens and Ryann Lauckner, co-CEOs of the company.

Winston won 14 Emmy AwardsIn addition to the handover ceremony of the Paris Games in Los Angeles, he worked on "Friends: The Reunion" and on shows like "Adele: One Night Only" and "Elton John: A Farewell from Dodger Stadium." Scott Givens, for his part, produced over 400 major live events and held positions at 15 editions of the Olympic Games.
